  • There are no hidden fees. There is an additional cost for a unit with power, and we do require a security deposit.

  • We have 24/7 onsite security cameras that are closely monitoring onsite activity. Each individual unit is lock and key ready, giving you flexibility to choose the padlock of your choice.

  • Our units are not climate-controlled, however, they are newly constructed with proper ventilations.

  • Yes, we do offer month-to-month storage.

  • We do not offer insurance.

    Depending on your homeowners or renters insurance policy, you may have coverage that extends to your storage unit. Please check with your insurance carrier to let them know your items are being are being stored and to verify coverage.

  • When you decide to move out all you need to do is clean your unit , and notify our staff with an email and we will return your deposit once your move-out has been confirmed. If you choose to stay past your indented term you have to do nothing more than keep paying your monthly bill.
